Many children have this murmur during their age of 2 to 7 while in sleeping. But we cannot predict which sound be obtained it. It gives unwanted reference to the cardiology consolation. It affects their parents emotionally and finance. In our project, we developed an algorithm for increase the accuracy level. It is used for differentiate the affected heart murmur is from true heart murmur. The algorithm is used to analysis the murmur and extracts the features in the murmur analysis. Bacterial foraging optimization algorithm combined with SVM is used for classification. The results show that the proposed algorithm increases the accuracy of prediction compared with the existing.

Abstract: In this paper, analytical model of Double Material TFET is presented. Expressions are derived for surface potential, electric field and the drain current is derived. Surface potential is derived by using 2D poisson equation. Parabolic approximation technique is used to solve 2-D poisson equation with the help of suitable boundary conditions. Expression for field along the channel length is obtained by differentiating the potential. Expression for drain current is obtained by integrating the tunnelling generation rate. Kane’s method is employed to calculate tunnelling generation rate. Results are obtained by simulating it in MATLAB.

Abstract: Diabetic retinopathy (DR) is damage to the retina of human eye which is caused by the complication of increase in blood glucose level which can eventually leads to blindness. The longer the patient has diabetes the higher the chance of developing diabetic retinopathy. DR is the deterioration of retinal blood vessel. This project, a novel method for automatic detection of both microaneurysms and hemorrhages in color fundus images is described and validated. The main contribution is a new set of shape features, called Dynamic Shape Features, that do not require precise segmentation of the regions to be classified. These features represent the evolution of the shape during image flooding and allow discriminating between lesions and vessel segments. Extreme learning machine (ELM) is used to improve segmentation accuracy. MATLAB tool used to evaluate a performance of proposed system.

Abstract: Performance improvement of modified cascaded switch-ladder multilevel inverter topology is presented and it generates an optimum number of voltage output levels. Firstly, a fundamental switch-ladder multilevel structure is described. Then, the structure of recommended cascaded topology based on series connection of fundamental switch ladder topologies is presented. To generate optimum number of levels with minimum number of switching elements, dc sources and voltage on switches, the proposed cascade topology is modified for better results. Comparison results prove that the presented cascade topology requires fewer number of components. In addition to that the value of voltage rating on switches is lesser compared to existing system. Test outcomes for two topologies are analysed to verify the performance of proposed topology.Matlab simulink model is used to evaluate the performance of cascaded switch-ladder multi level inverter topology

This project proposes and evaluates the cooperative performance of a novel proportional-integral-derivative (PID) control scheme for PV interfacing inverter based on GWO optimization for regulating the voltage of three-phase grid connected solar PV system under any nonlinear and fluctuating operating conditions. The proposed scheme dynamically controls the PV inverter to inject/ absorb appropriate reactive power to regulate the voltage at point of common coupling (PCC)and provides robust response at any system worst case scenarios. regulation. The proposed technique based PV inverter control scheme and GWO -based supervisory EMS are developed and simulated in MATLAB/ Simulink Environment.

Then, all the real-time data collection of the electrical output parameters of the PV plant such as voltage, current and generated electricity is displayed and stored in the block management. The proposed system is smart enough to control MPPT and boosting voltage if the panel is not working properly, to display errors, to remind about maintenance of the system through IOT. Abstract: Fibre reinforced polymer (FRP) is a composite material made of a polymer matrix reinforced with fibres. The fibres are usually glass, carbon, aramid and the polymer is usually an epoxy, vinyl ester or polyester thermosetting plastic and phenol formaldehyde resins. FRP have been found to be particularly attractive for applications involving the strengthening and rehabilitation of structures. In this work an attempt has been made to develop a 3-D finite element model of FRP confined concrete column using ABAQUS software. A Drucker-Prager Plasticity model is used for concrete and orthotropic elasticity model is used for FRP. Also a parametric study has been carried out to evaluate the effect of number of FRP layers and corner radius on ultimate strength of concrete short columns and also validate the analytical study. A study was carried out on square column of cross section 125 x 125 mm with height 300mm with varying corner radius such as 15mm, 25mm, 35mm and 62.5mm along with control column were cast with M20 grade concrete. Confinement provided as single layer and double layer for the column by using E-Glass fibre chopped strand mat of density 450g/m2.The columns were tested under axial compression load up to failure. From the test results, the ultimate load were compared with the analytical results.

Abstract: The current power systems are serving us for the past 5 decades and that they trust heavily on fossil fuels. The present world is giving more importance to renewable energy resources for the fact that they do not release large amount of carbon dioxide in the atmosphere. In the next- generation electrical power systems that incorporate varied renewable energy resources, machine-controlled and intelligent management could be a essential element that determines the effectiveness and potency of those power systems. Smart Grid is the upgrade and renovation of traditional power grid, which hold all the features of traditional power grid. In the smart grid, many distributed renewable energy sources like wind, solar, small hydro and waste will be connected to the power transmission line and distribution systems as integral components. These sources generate extra electricity that supplements the electricity generated from large power plants and when there is an increase in demand the electrical energy generated from these small power plants can be sent to the power grid. This system consists of seven blocks specifically generation, transmission, distribution, operation, market, client and repair supplier. For proper functioning of these smart grids many communication techniques can be used and they should meet some basic expectations like reliability, security, data delivery criticality. These communication systems are used for substation control, transmission line monitor.ing, automatic meter reading, demand response decisioning and energy usage scheduling.

Abstract: In this paper, commonly used latches and flip-flops are implemented is done in 45nm CMOS technology using Cadence tool. The aim behind the paper is to compare the power dissipated and delay in commonly used latches and flip-flops. Dlatch, Power PC603FF, TSPC based flip-flop and a dynamic double edge triggered flip-flop are simulated and power comparison is made. Power can be reduced by different low power techniques along with further tuning of width and length of the devices.
