Abstract: Recently the DSP processor which requires the very high speed of operation. The DSP processors are depend on the mathematical concepts. FIR filter are often involved in VLSI signal processing and communication system. The basic structure of FIR filter have the block of addition, multiplication and delay element. In that, FIR filter the addition and multiplication which takes excess time thus minimize the speed of the processor. In this paper, we propose the technique which is efficient to improve the processor speed using ancient vedic sutras. The design of FIR filter using URDHAVA TRIYAKBHYAM it has ability to increase processor speed, reduce area and power.

Abstract: Murmur is a vibratory heart murmur. A heart murmur is unusual sound which may be heard. Most of this murmur is happened because of blood flowing through the structure of the heart. Many children have this murmur during their age of 2 to 7 while in sleeping. But we cannot predict which sound be obtained it. It gives unwanted reference to the cardiology consolation. It affects their parents emotionally and finance. In our project, we developed an algorithm for increase the accuracy level. It is used for differentiate the affected heart murmur is from true heart murmur. The algorithm is used to analysis the murmur and extracts the features in the murmur analysis. Bacterial foraging optimization algorithm combined with SVM is used for classification. The results show that the proposed algorithm increases the accuracy of prediction compared with the existing.

Abstract: Binary counting of inputs is the necessary process in many applications such as reduction of partial products in multiplication. Counters are used to determine the number of ones for the multiple input logic. Thus, counters are most important and necessary to determine the active inputs in a multiple input logic. Hence counters determine the speed of the application such as multiplication. Hence the counter area must be reduced and speed of the counter is to be increased. In this paper the symmetric stacking binary counter is proposed such that the speed of the counter is increased than the conventional. Many Counters such as 2:2, 3:2, 4:3, 5:3, 6:3 and 7:3 counters are proposed in this paper.

Abstract: In this paper, analytical model of Double Material TFET is presented. Expressions are derived for surface potential, electric field and the drain current is derived. Surface potential is derived by using 2D poisson equation. Parabolic approximation technique is used to solve 2-D poisson equation with the help of suitable boundary conditions. Expression for field along the channel length is obtained by differentiating the potential. Expression for drain current is obtained by integrating the tunnelling generation rate. Kane’s method is employed to calculate tunnelling generation rate. Results are obtained by simulating it in MATLAB.

Abstract: Diabetic retinopathy (DR) is damage to the retina of human eye which is caused by the complication of increase in blood glucose level which can eventually leads to blindness. The longer the patient has diabetes the higher the chance of developing diabetic retinopathy. DR is the deterioration of retinal blood vessel. This project, a novel method for automatic detection of both microaneurysms and hemorrhages in color fundus images is described and validated. The main contribution is a new set of shape features, called Dynamic Shape Features, that do not require precise segmentation of the regions to be classified. These features represent the evolution of the shape during image flooding and allow discriminating between lesions and vessel segments. Extreme learning machine (ELM) is used to improve segmentation accuracy. MATLAB tool used to evaluate a performance of proposed system.
